**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Medical Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will assist medical staff with patient care tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude

- Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries via phone and in person

- Verify insurance information and collect payments

- Assist medical staff with patient intake, vital signs, and other clinical tasks

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
